Partnerships Development Associate

About the role

A commercial team role focused on the early stages of the sales process, researching healthcare organisations and opening conversations with clinicians and decision-makers. The aim is to turn first meetings into lasting partnerships.

What you will do

• Research healthcare organisations, clinical services and regional priorities to find where the platform adds value
• Run targeted outbound outreach by email, phone and social channels
• Build relationships with clinicians, operational teams and decision-makers
• Lead initial discovery meetings and ask questions to understand challenges and priorities
• Demonstrate the platform and work with senior partnership leads to convert interest into partnerships

• Confidence to start conversations and resilience when things do not work out
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust
• Initiative and willingness to learn, with no need for deep healthcare system knowledge
