What you will do
- Hold scheduled virtual counseling sessions with clients
- Assess symptoms, history and treatment needs
- Create measurable care plans and review client progress regularly
- Choose suitable therapy methods based on each client's presentation
- Document sessions, updates and treatment changes promptly
- Spot safety concerns and follow clinical protocols

- Active Iowa LMHC license in good standing
- Experience delivering therapy or counseling services
- Solid grasp of assessments, treatment planning and documentation
