Provide therapeutic services to people facing mental health challenges through assessments, treatment planning and therapy. The role works with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
What you will do
- Carry out virtual psychosocial assessments of client strengths and needs
- Deliver evidence based therapy to individuals, families and groups
- Coordinate integrated care with other healthcare providers
- Advocate for client rights and access to community resources
- Record interactions, progress and outcomes in electronic health records
- Join team meetings, case conferences and continuing education

- Current LICSW licensure in the state
- At least two years of post licensure clinical social work experience
- Skill in diagnostic assessment and treatment plan development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with diverse clients
