Talent Acquisition Lead, Affiliate Marketing

About the role

Take charge of the whole talent acquisition function and the most important searches for an affiliate and performance marketing business. The role carries full ownership of results from first contact to close.

What you will do

• Lead searches from initial outreach all the way to a signed offer
• Identify senior and hard-to-fill candidates that others miss
• Tie recruiting decisions to business priorities, not just open requisitions
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers as an extension of their team
• Support the growth of the recruiting operations colleague

What they look for

• Track record of hiring for an affiliate or performance marketing business, or of assembling performance marketing teams
• Background recruiting for paid media, yield, CRO and technical roles measured on ROAS, margin or EBITDA
• Able to operate both fast and strategically
• Open to candid feedback and constant change
