Enterprise Account Executive, North America

About the role

A hunter role focused on winning new enterprise customers in a named North American territory, from prospecting through closing large deals. The person shapes go to market strategy and works with senior leaders on long term plans.

What you will do

• Create and execute a go to market plan to grow market share and hit business targets
• Build ties with decision makers and stakeholders, joining strategic closes when needed
• Work with sales, marketing and product colleagues to meet and beat revenue goals
• Guide each deal through the full sales cycle and craft a business case with ROI
• Keep customer, pipeline and forecast records accurate in Salesforce

What they look for

• Three to five years selling enterprise technology
• History of closing one million dollar new business deals against a two million dollar or larger yearly quota
• Background in application SaaS sales
• Strong negotiation plus written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in both large and small companies

Nice to have

• Early stage startup background
• Selling workforce management or human capital management software
• Selling into retail, hospitality, distribution, warehouse or healthcare
