Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples and families dealing with conflict, communication issues and life changes. The role also covers clinical records, follow-up and referrals.
What you will do
- Hold online therapy sessions with individuals, couples and families
- Review relationship history, current concerns and family circumstances
- Help clients with communication problems, conflict, parenting and major transitions
- Set a clear therapy focus based on what emerges in sessions
- Keep clinical records complete and up to date
- Refer clients to outside services when needs fall beyond therapy scope
What they look for
- Active LMFT license in Iowa
- Prior clinical experience treating individuals, couples or families
- Comfortable delivering services via telehealth
- Strong skills in communication, documentation and time management
