Senior Consultant, Women's and Children's Collaboratives

About the role

Supports collaborative programmes for women's and children's services, using data analysis and member forums to share best practice. The consultant also takes part in internal practice development and learning the firm's client technologies.

What you will do

• Help run accessible forums where members exchange best practices, including site assessments, meetings and educational sessions
• Gather data, direct analyses, draw conclusions and prepare verbal and graphic presentations to professional standards
• Carry out quality assurance on assigned collaborative deliverables
• Summarise findings clearly, derive insight from interviews and data, and draft recommendations for leadership review
• Deliver project plans in line with collaborative contracts and member satisfaction, and help identify and mitigate risks
• Take part in practice growth activities, market lead spotting and thought leadership such as blogs or industry presentations

What they look for

• Four or more years of applicable work experience
• A bachelor's degree
• Ability to coordinate and give effective written and verbal presentations to client audiences
• Skill in conducting analyses and mentoring others in producing client deliverables
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues and lead work groups to success
• Motivated, results driven and accountable for own work through to resolution

Nice to have

• Lean process improvement experience
• Six Sigma Green or Black belt
