  • Handle employee and manager questions on timekeeping and payroll by phone and in a case system
  • Fix timesheet entries and corrections of varying complexity under set procedures
  • Review payroll and timekeeping data, spot problems and help resolve them
  • Process garnishments, refunds, direct deposit returns and banking issues
  • Update manager approval groups and handle related follow-up tickets
