Trainee Sales Representative

About the role

An entry-level field sales role with structured training and coaching, aimed at winning new small business customers in an assigned area. Completing the programme leads to promotion into a business development role.

What you will do

• Finish training on products, compliance, systems and sales techniques
• Grow and manage your allocated territory day to day
• Knock on doors of small and medium businesses to win new accounts
• Assess merchant needs and present suitable payment and till solutions
• Keep CRM records and the opportunity pipeline accurate to hit conversion goals
• Guide customers from application through to going live and trading

• Dependable, punctual and well prepared
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
