  • Set the enterprise knowledge strategy and run AI content management day to day
  • Turn critical institutional knowledge into reusable assets: taxonomies, knowledge-to-data mappings, metric standards
  • Build a lifecycle for knowledge assets: intake, curation, validation, retirement, with checks against drift and bias
  • Work with technology teams to map knowledge assets onto trusted data sources behind generative and agentic AI
  • Explain progress, blockers and governance policy to senior leadership and other stakeholders
