Lead the creation and growth of an institutional BTC-denominated investment fund, owning strategy, portfolio construction, risk and governance from the start. The fund aims to give institutional and private Bitcoin holders regulated yield with principal preserved in BTC terms.

What you will do
- Define investment strategy, allocation policy and limits, and secure board approval for them
- Source, assess and execute positions in BTC lending, basis and on-chain yield strategies
- Run counterparty and protocol due diligence covering smart contracts, bridges, custody and liquidation risk
- Build the risk framework with exposure limits, liquidity buckets, haircuts and drawdown triggers
- Raise capital from foundations, ecosystem funds and institutional allocators within marketing rules
- Hire and lead a small team of analyst, risk and operations staff as the fund grows
