VP of Presales Solutions Architecture, AI Infrastructure

About the role

Own the technical side of large compute deals and build a presales organisation from scratch, guiding buyers who need production-ready AI clouds on mixed GPU hardware.

What you will do

• Hire, coach and retain a team of solutions architects and field engineers
• Create reusable field assets such as discovery frameworks, reference designs, cost models and proof-of-concept playbooks
• Act as technical executive on long-cycle, high-value enterprise opportunities
• Design end-to-end solutions spanning compute, networking, storage and orchestration
• Run proofs of concept with clear success criteria and performance benchmarks
• Feed field findings back to product, engineering and supply planning

What they look for

• Track record leading technical sales in complex B2B deals, ideally committed or reserved capacity structures
• Experience hiring and developing solutions architecture or field engineering teams while staying hands-on
• Hands-on work running production machine learning workloads, including distributed training and multi-node inference
• Deep understanding of performance limits in interconnect, memory bandwidth and related areas
• Ability to run structured qualification methods such as MEDDPICC
