What you will do

  • Build and run hydrologic and hydraulic models in HEC-RAS, using QGIS to turn survey and site data into digital formats
  • Work out culvert, drainage channel and stormwater calculations with design teams
  • Write hydrology and stormwater reports and check them for accuracy and compliance
  • Review Engineering Associate I work and give feedback on data, model setup and results
  • Research state and local codes and permit rules that apply to each site
