Bid & Estimation Engineer

About the role

You will prepare tender submissions and cost estimates for security and technology projects, making sure quotes are accurate and commercially sound. The role works with account managers and operations teams across Europe.

What you will do

• Review designs, specifications and documentation to establish project needs
• Work out quantities and labour needs to support cost estimates
• Draft cost templates and tender documents for internal review
• Coordinate tender reviews, approvals and commercial sign-off
• Track tender deadlines and keep records of subcontractors and suppliers

What they look for

• Strong understanding of tender preparation and coordination
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Analytical, organised and able to own tasks independently
• Able to manage several priorities and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience in security, engineering, construction or architecture
• Work in project-based settings
• Familiarity with Bluebeam
• Background in construction, electrical engineering, procurement or logistics

Pay

EUR 40,000 to 50,000 per year
