Supports the eCommerce sales lead in carrying out channel plans, digital content and selling tools across retailers and distributors, and tracks how those assets perform online.
What you will do
- Carry out eCommerce assets, sales tools and added opportunities during major and year-round programs
- Turn brand platform and agency strategy, data and results into selling tools and program decks
- Keep internal creative timelines and milestones on track so channel content is ready for base packages
- Build sales documents and training materials for sales and field discussions
- Audit retailer and distributor sites so digital content stays accurate and lead publication of brand content
- Propose improvements to eCommerce plans and support custom program submissions with sales and marketing
What they look for
- Experience executing eCommerce plans and digital shelf programs
- Comfort working across trade, brand, national accounts and customer marketing teams
- Ability to manage creative timelines and content publication across retailer portals
- Skill in building dashboards and report cards on site search, navigation and promotional opportunities
- Familiarity with digital asset management tools and platform vendors such as Door Dash, Instacart, CityHive and Salsify
