An HR coordination role supporting the employee lifecycle, HR records and systems, learning activities and team events. The coordinator reports to the operations manager and helps keep the employee experience positive.

What you will do
- Prepare contracts, variation letters and other HR documents and coordinate onboarding and induction
- Keep personnel files and HR records accurate and manage compliance documentation
- Maintain HRIS records and workflows, coordinate performance reviews and prepare workforce reports
- Administer the learning management system, coordinate training and track completion rates
- Organise internal events, recognition activities, meetings and workshops, and handle invoices and purchase requests
- Monitor policy compliance and mandatory training, support audits and suggest process improvements

- Excellent organisation and time management with strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
Nice to have
- A qualification in human resources, business or a related field
- Prior work supporting learning and development programs
- Exposure to HR reporting and workforce analytics
