Support compensation programs and pay decisions across the organization, pairing market analysis with internal equity so that guidance is both compliant and practical for managers and leaders.
What you will do
- Help administer, develop and improve compensation structures, programs and policies
- Review proposed salary increases and recommend pay using market and internal equity data
- Assign salary grades for new or revised job classifications and consult on pay decisions
- Design and run wage, base salary, bonus and incentive programs
- Refine job descriptions, assess exemption status and set salary ranges with department leaders
- Lead compensation technology projects such as market pricing systems and automation

- Experience in compensation analysis and program administration
- Skill in market pricing, benchmarking and internal equity analysis
- Knowledge of FLSA exemption rules and salary grade structures
- Ability to explain complex pay concepts clearly to all levels of staff
- Experience with job description management systems and compensation technology
