Events Marketing Manager

About the role

Lead the North American housing fair programme, both in-person and virtual, from planning through delivery. The role focuses on repeatable processes and on raising student attendance at hosted fairs.

What you will do

• Own annual planning of the housing fair programme, setting event calendars, timelines, priorities and milestones
• Handle registrations and keep event details, deadlines, staffing needs and participation records accurate
• Work with sales, customer success, community relations and product marketing to tie events to business and customer goals
• Coordinate employee staffing and prepare pre-event communications, schedules, logistics and expectations
• Manage fair budgets, forecast expenses and track costs against plan
• Run end-to-end logistics including signage, giveaways, materials, shipping, inventory and virtual event setup
