About the role

Entrepreneurs get backing to launch and grow their own fintech ventures, with salary or funding, mentoring from experienced founders and help reaching product market fit.

What you will do

• Own, build and run your own startup in areas such as fintech
• Follow a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy
• Get help hiring through a large professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive coaching to prepare the company for raising significant funding
• Refine the product together until product market fit is reached and build sales or marketing capacity

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Strong English communication skills
