About the role

The first dedicated marketer at a software firm serving German-speaking agencies. The role builds the customer acquisition engine and owns go-to-market strategy.

What you will do

Build marketing roadmaps, set channel budgets, define KPIs and sharpen messaging
Own paid acquisition, mainly Meta Ads, from creative to campaign testing and optimisation
Improve each funnel stage from first click through trial to paid conversion
Set up HubSpot for lead nurturing, scoring and reporting dashboards
Grow secondary channels such as LinkedIn campaigns, webinars and partner programs
Coordinate with product and customer success on case studies and launches

What they look for

At least three years in B2B SaaS marketing in fast-growing settings
Hands-on experience scaling Meta Ads campaigns
Strong technical skills with HubSpot workflows, lead scoring and CRM integration
Understanding of product-led growth and trial-based conversion
Self-directed, ownership-minded and emotionally intelligent
Analytical approach to tracking, testing and scaling performance
