Lead risk analytics for credit risk management, focusing on credit limit policy, member retention and forecasting. Turn data into insights that support fast company growth.

What you will do

• Own optimisation of credit limit policy, balancing retention, churn and risk exposure
• Design, run and assess policy experiments and A/B tests and turn results into policy changes
• Explore data proactively to refine risk strategies and spot emerging trends
• Define performance metrics and build dashboards to monitor policy and portfolio performance

What they look for

• Seven or more years in credit risk analytics, decision science or risk strategy, ideally in fintech or consumer finance
• Expert SQL skills and comfort using Python for analysis and experimentation
• Knowledge of fintech risk fundamentals such as risk strategy, limit policy and portfolio monitoring
• Comfort with forecasting or curve based modelling
