Business Operations Advisor, Provider Credentialing

About the role

Provide operational and business support to a network operations team, including credentialing committee work, planning, reporting, budget analysis and special projects.

What you will do

• Help plan strategic goals and develop operational plans for the department or division
• Organise and run departmental events such as summits, all hands meetings and leadership sessions
• Support workforce planning and staffing models, tracking hires against budget and competency
• Promote adoption of standard operating procedures and communicate new ones across the department
• Lead change management work tied to business and process improvements
• Handle special projects, including cost reduction reviews, vendor management and progress reporting

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field, or 5 years in place of a degree
• Skill in consolidating and standardising data analysis and reporting
• Experience with budget analysis, forecast monitoring and tracking key performance metrics
• Ability to prepare materials for executive and board level reporting

Nice to have

• Five or more years of provider credentialing experience
• Experience working for a health insurance payor or payer
• Executive reporting and data analysis experience
