- Create and publish rental listings on classified and property platforms using supplied media
- Find extra advertising channels to raise listing visibility and attract renters
- Call and message prospects, answer inquiries and book property viewings
- Follow up with renters and coordinate lease renewal outreach and records
- Organize the owner's inbox and calendar and track commitments and follow-ups
- Run LinkedIn and customer outreach and keep organized lead and follow-up lists
