Customer Benefits Specialist

About the role

Support prospective and existing clients over the phone, explaining service and benefit options and helping with account questions. The position is fully remote with structured processes and performance-based pay.

What you will do

• Speak by phone with people who asked about the company's services
• Explain benefit and service options clearly and professionally
• Help clients with account updates, billing concerns and related inquiries
• Suggest suitable solutions based on each client's needs
• Record client interactions accurately and keep records up to date
• Follow company procedures and communication standards
