Executive Hiring Talent Partner

About the role

Own executive recruitment at group level, partnering with top executives and country leaders. Lead end-to-end searches for senior leadership roles across multiple markets.

What you will do

• Run full executive searches at senior leadership level, using agencies when needed
• Design and refine executive search processes and sourcing strategies
• Manage the preferred supplier list, including agency selection, contracts and performance
• Advise group HR leadership on compensation benchmarking and executive talent trends
• Maintain confidential succession pipelines for critical leadership roles with HR and Reward

What they look for

• Seven or more years running end-to-end executive recruitment, ideally internationally
• Five or more years building trust with C-suite and board stakeholders
• Five or more years of sharp interviewing and reading senior leadership potential
• Three or more years with executive assessment frameworks and leadership profiling tools
• Three or more years turning compensation benchmarks and market data into recommendations

Nice to have

• In-house executive recruitment background of two or more years
• Existing network of executive contacts across European tech, retail, marketplace or logistics
• Managing preferred supplier lists across several European markets
