Senior Client Support

About the role

Provides dedicated support to a Chartered Financial Planning Director across a portfolio of around 80 high-net-worth client relationships. The role focuses on owning outcomes and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What you will do

• Act as a key contact for clients, giving professional and responsive support
• Manage client cases from instruction to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Coordinate activity with internal teams, product providers and professional advisers
• Support implementation and ongoing servicing of financial planning solutions
• Prepare documentation, obtain valuations and process client instructions
• Maintain accurate records, manage review schedules and ensure regulatory compliance

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High accuracy, organisation and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients
• Use of Xplan or similar CRM systems
• Relevant financial services qualifications
