Strategic Sales Executive

About the role

A field sales role owning a named region and selling identity management solutions to end users and channel partners. The executive builds business cases, manages the full sales cycle and keeps senior relationships strong.

What you will do

• Meet or beat revenue targets each month, quarter and year
• Understand each customer and partner need and respond with the right solution
• Build business plans that fit the assigned territory and its market needs
• Team up with marketing to run campaigns with end users and partners
• Follow up on leads and keep internal systems current
• Bring in technical colleagues to show product strengths and support post sale coverage

• Proven sales experience with a strong drive to win business
• Ability to handle the whole sales cycle from qualifying to closing
• Skill at presenting, demonstrating, answering RFPs and negotiating
• Deep knowledge of the territory, its prospects, partners and competitors
• Confidence talking with everyone from a chief executive to a systems administrator
