Controller, Accounting Operations & FP&A

About the role

An internal controller role that keeps accounting operations accurate and dependable while broadening into reporting, FP&A support, automation and acquisition integration alongside senior finance leadership.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day accounting across payroll, receivables, payables, reconciliations, close and reporting
• Lead a fast, accurate and repeatable month-end close process
• Maintain clean records that support leadership and board reporting, audit readiness and lender requests
• Oversee and develop one senior accounting team member
• Build improved reporting packages and support variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting
• Assess the finance tech stack and automate close, reconciliations, AP and reporting workflows

• Strong controller-level experience owning accounting operations
• Hands-on closeness to the general ledger and accounting cadence
• Ability to modernize processes and improve reporting speed and clarity
• Experience developing at least one direct report
• Judgment to support acquisition integration and data cleanup
