Account Executive

About the role

A sales role owning the full cycle for a compliance platform serving life sciences firms. The hire turns inbound and outbound leads into lasting accounts and grows existing ones.

What you will do

• Take charge of revenue and growth across an assigned market from start to finish
• Generate new business through calls, email and social outreach
• Guide prospects from first contact through negotiation to signed deals
• Keep a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM records with reliable forecasts
• Onboard new clients and nurture long term relationships with existing accounts
• Seek upsell and cross sell chances and work with care, sales, quality and marketing teams

What they look for

• Fluent English; other languages welcome
• Prior success in account executive, customer success or similar sales work, ideally B2B or life sciences
• Strong people skills and ease engaging clients at every level
• Hands on with CRM tools such as HubSpot and pipeline management
• Well organized, detail focused and able to juggle many accounts
• Self driven yet comfortable teaming up across functions

Nice to have

• Pharma sector experience or familiarity with quality compliance
