Junior Voice of the Customer Manager

About the role

You will join a customer insights team to turn feedback into improvements across the product range and customer experience. The role centres on managing product reviews and analysing data to surface trends and opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage and respond thoughtfully to product reviews received through the feedback tool
• Analyse reviews, support tickets and sales data to spot recurring issues, patterns and experience trends
• Work with Product and Quality teams to turn insights into concrete improvement initiatives
• Track key voice-of-the-customer metrics and share summaries with cross-functional stakeholders

What they look for

• First working experience in customer experience, voice of the customer, data or product analysis, or customer support
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw clear conclusions from reviews, tickets and sales data
• Customer-first mindset with empathy, curiosity and strong written communication
• Solution-oriented approach focused on root causes and measuring impact
• Confident communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German or other European languages
