What you will do

  • Lead AP staff through questions, timecards and check-ins on a bimonthly schedule
  • Coach direct reports, set objectives, run annual reviews and share weekly stats
  • Make sure weekly payment runs are complete and accurate, and review vendor statements monthly
  • Prepare monthly AP reporting, spot purchase order trends and delegate follow-ups
