Accounting Manager

About the role

A hands-on accounting role supporting a growing finance team, owning general ledger operations and helping build modern accounting systems in a fast-paced multi-state environment.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end month-end close including journal entries and accruals
• Handle multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform monthly variance analysis across revenue and operating expenses with FP&A
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including vendor onboarding and payment runs
• Support ERP accounting system implementation and audit readiness

• Deep experience with month-end close, consolidations and GAAP-compliant reconciliations
• Comfortable building processes and scaling systems in a high-growth setting
• Experience with cloud accounting software and spend management platforms
• Exposure to ERP implementations and audit preparation
• Meticulous, high integrity and strong cross-functional communicator
