Vice President, Assessment Design & Development

About the role

Leads a division that designs and develops assessment content for major testing programs, guiding the department through an expanded mandate and shaping strategy for AI-era assessments.

What you will do

• Set and resource the vision for the department's expanded mandate and hold it accountable for results
• Maintain operational excellence for existing assessment products with accessible, error-free and on-time delivery
• Define strategic direction to speed up content production across the enterprise
• Champion strategy for new assessments and item formats, partnering with program, psychometrics, technology and digital product teams
• Align senior executives by communicating design strategy, progress and trade-offs
