Business Development Manager, Poland, Slovenia and Hungary

About the role

You will grow the company's footprint among shopping centres in three Central European markets, building your own pipeline and closing new deals. The role connects property clients' commercial goals with payment technology.

What you will do

• Run discovery to learn each centre's commercial goals and build a tailored business case
• Adapt your approach to how decisions are made in each country and align all stakeholders
• Relay market feedback to Product and Marketing in a usable form
• Coordinate with Legal, Client Success, Product and Marketing to close contracts and onboard well
• Represent the company at industry events in the region and occasionally elsewhere in Europe

What they look for

• At least five years in B2B new-business sales carrying your own quota
• Experience with multi-month sales cycles involving several stakeholders, ideally commercial, marketing or finance leads
• Native or C2 Polish plus professional English
• Based in Poland and willing to travel regularly to Hungary and Slovenia
• Disciplined pipeline management in a CRM such as HubSpot

Nice to have

• Hungarian or Slovenian language skills, or experience selling into those markets
• Background in payments, gift cards, loyalty or fintech
• Experience covering several countries from one base
