About the role

Drive new business in the manufacturing sector for a technology services firm. The role focuses on winning new accounts and selling transformation and outsourcing offerings.

What you will do

• Keep a steady pipeline of opportunities in manufacturing, concentrating on new logos and account acquisition
• Build and share a strategic sales plan that meets assigned goals and targets
• Work with account management and delivery teams to keep the client experience central
• Use executive relationships to strengthen brand presence and long-term partnerships
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows and industry forums
• Sell outsourcing, IT services and transformation offerings, including consulting, in line with client needs

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics or finance, or a master's in business administration or business analytics
• Skills in business development, client relations, data analytics, negotiation, sales and strategic planning
• English proficiency at C2 level
• Industry expertise and existing contacts in technology or manufacturing
• Hybrid work with variable shifts

Pay

USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year
