Administrative and Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

About the role

A part-time contractor role giving administrative and executive support to a UK business, covering inbox management, general admin, basic finance tasks and compliance work.

What you will do

• Monitor and organise the owner's business inbox within existing systems
• Flag urgent emails, pending replies and follow-ups needing the owner's attention
• Draft or send routine responses when authorised
• Keep records, trackers and digital documents accurate
• Track assigned tasks and deadlines so they finish on time
• Follow set workflows for recurring administrative duties

• Background in administration or executive assistance
• Excellent written English
• Quick to learn new systems and procedures
• Initiative, good judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
