Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

A sales role focused on winning new large accounts and growing existing ones for a platform that helps engineering teams improve how they operate. The person works with sales, engineering and leadership to address complex customer needs.

What you will do

• Build and carry out a strategic plan to hit revenue goals and win enterprise customers
• Find and qualify large-account prospects while cultivating ties with decision makers
• Run discovery talks to learn customer goals and problems, then propose fitting solutions
• Work with marketing, product and engineering teams to support deals and customer success
• Give product demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Travel up to 40 percent for customer visits, executive meetings, deal closings and events

What they look for

• At least five years selling enterprise B2B software, with a record of selling to developers, ideally in developer tools or SaaS
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical ideas to varied audiences
• Solid grasp of enterprise sales cycles, complicated buying processes and managing stakeholders
• Proven high performance, self-drive and a wish to keep pushing limits
• Able to work independently with a proactive, results-focused approach
