Payroll Support

About the role

Ensures field crews' hours and pay data are complete, correctly coded and entered before each pay run. Sits in the payroll and HR operations team and acts as the checkpoint for accurate data.

What you will do

• Check time submissions for completeness and flag missing or inconsistent data
• Support certified payroll entry and reporting under prevailing wage rules where relevant
• Coordinate with field supervisors and project teams to resolve missing entries or discrepancies
• Answer employee payroll questions and assist with audits and reporting
• Help with new hire data entry, HR filing and overflow tasks as needed
