Administrative Support Specialist

About the role

Support a federal health fraud response center by keeping casework, reporting and governance activities organized and decision ready.

What you will do

• Help investigators and experts prepare presentations and communications quickly
• Organize case documentation and evidence and assemble referral packages
• Apply quality checklists and sampling plans to case files and workpapers
• Draft intake and triage procedures, status taxonomies and workflow maps
• Prepare monthly governance reports, dashboards and leadership summaries
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and track action items to completion

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• One to three years of experience in federal healthcare
• Strong written and verbal communication under tight deadlines
• Ability to pass a moderate background investigation and obtain a PIV card
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare claims, payment integrity or improper payments
