What you will do

• Build and run campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across more than 20 client accounts.
• Write ad copy, pick images and set up video ads for each client.
• Install Meta Pixels through Google Tag Manager and fix tracking or data gaps.
• Set up custom conversions and pixel-based audiences for targeting.
• Present performance reports and recommendations to clients.

A typical week

• Check account performance and adjust budgets and targeting.
• Build creatives with the design team and launch new ads.
• Troubleshoot pixel and conversion tracking issues.
• Join client calls to review results and plan next steps.

What they look for

• Three to four years managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on skill with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Comfort with tracking setup, traffic analysis and audience metrics.
• Strong project management and close attention to detail.
• Clear communication for client calls and reporting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Ads or other digital channels.
• Experience with HubSpot, Asana or Canva.
