Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Generate outbound leads and book qualified meetings for the sales team, building pipeline without leadership involvement in early outreach.

What you will do

• Create and nurture outbound leads and assess prospect needs, fit and readiness
• Conduct outreach by email, LinkedIn and other channels and follow up with warm leads
• Re-engage dormant prospects and keep outreach volume consistent
• Schedule qualified meetings and hand them to closers with context and notes
• Keep CRM data clean and track outreach, engagement and conversion metrics

What they look for

• Two to five years in a sales or SDR role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Asana
• Strong written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Nice to have

• B2B experience selling marketing or digital services
• Experience in attorney, pool builder, home service or similar industries
• Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools
• LinkedIn prospecting experience
