About the role

A remote consulting role helping travelers choose destinations and organize vacation arrangements that fit their needs and budget. Assignments span cruises, resorts, family trips, group travel and luxury getaways.

What you will do

• Learn each client's vacation goals, budget, dates and preferred experiences
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, tours and activities that fit client needs
• Compare vacation options on value, features and availability and present clear recommendations
• Coordinate booked services through approved supplier resources
• Check traveler details and reservations for accuracy and keep planning records organized
• Track deposits and payment dates and follow up on pending decisions
