Oversee daily customer service operations for patient and provider support, coaching representatives and keeping service quality high.
What you will do
- Monitor workflows, queues and service levels for timely resolution
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Give ongoing feedback, training and performance coaching
- Track and report on response times, resolution rates, satisfaction and productivity
- Identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments
What they look for
- At least four years of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with CRM systems, service platforms and Microsoft Office
- Analytical skill for interpreting performance metrics
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field
- One or more years of leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience
- Bilingual in English and French
