About the role

Own the customer lifecycle strategy and hands-on execution for a subscription business where retention drives most revenue. The role starts as an individual contributor with room to grow into a lead position.

What you will do

Own the full customer lifecycle in Klaviyo, from onboarding to winback
Analyse flow, customer and cohort data to find lost revenue and margin
Build retention strategies from the reasons customers cancel or skip
Turn high-intent one-time buyers into subscribers
Run CRM across email, SMS and WhatsApp, including deliverability and list health
Develop loyalty mechanics and lead A/B tests prioritised by commercial impact

What they look for

Proven experience owning a CRM programme from start to finish
Deep hands-on Klaviyo skills, including complex branched journeys
Solid grasp of flow performance, attribution and incremental revenue
Experience in a subscription-led business
Understanding of subscriber behaviour, churn and retention
Highly analytical and able to turn insight into action personally

Nice to have

Experience with a loyalty platform
Independent, structured and fast-moving working style
