Senior Value Consultant

About the role

Join sales pursuits to show the business value customers can gain from the solution, running assessments and building financial business cases that support buying decisions.

What you will do

• Run customer interviews and workshops as part of value assessments
• Identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers and metrics
• Produce executive presentations with financial business cases
• Train sales teams and supporting groups on value management principles
• Work with the commercial desk on proposal pricing and bids
• Hand off customer outcomes and success measures to client services teams

What they look for

• At least six years in management or value consulting with a bachelor's degree, or four years with a master's, or a PhD with two years
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet and creative problem solving skills
• Efficiency in building presentations and documents
• Expertise in sales, solution engineering, strategy consulting or customer success
• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Willingness to travel up to 40 percent

Nice to have

• Experience in the public sector or financial services
• Governance, risk and compliance background
• Prior work managing customer experience in pre-sales or post-sales
