Dutch Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

A fully remote role representing an international travel brand, helping Dutch speaking customers with reservations and travel issues while based anywhere in Greece.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer contacts by phone, email and live chat in Dutch and English
• Investigate and resolve complex booking disputes, cancellations and account questions
• Keep up to date on international travel rules and internal systems to advise clients accurately
• Record every customer interaction in the CRM to keep account histories accurate
• Meet personal productivity goals and work with an international team to keep service quality high

What they look for

• Fluent Dutch at C2 level for client communication
• English at B2 level or above for tools, onboarding and team work
• Full legal right to live and work in Greece
• A quiet private home office with a fast reliable internet connection
• Strong communication skills and calmness under pressure
• Self discipline to work independently in a virtual setting
