What you will do
- Hit or exceed annual sales targets in the assigned territory
- Motivate reps to reach true economic buyers and develop strong champions
- Coach the team to prospect, develop and close strategic deals above 500K dollars
- Travel with reps to key accounts to move large deals to closure
- Build partner relationships with resellers and systems integrators to drive deals
- Forecast monthly and quarterly results and present them to leadership
