Trainee Sales Representative

About the role

An entry-level field sales role in a structured training academy, generating new business among small and medium businesses in an assigned area. Completing the programme and meeting standards leads to promotion.

What you will do

• Finish training on products, compliance, systems and selling methods
• Grow and manage an assigned territory day to day
• Knock on at least 75 business doors daily once fully active
• Find merchant needs and present suitable payment and till solutions
• Keep the CRM and opportunity pipeline accurate to hit conversion goals
• Complete customer applications and support clients until they are live and transacting
