Technical Customer Success Manager, Europe

About the role

You will guide API customers through onboarding, adoption and expansion, turning data into successful products and owning the outcome when things get complicated.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of API customers, tracking success plans, goals and next steps
• Run regular calls, troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues
• Identify risks early, build mitigation plans and drive renewals
• Own expansion from spotting an opportunity through closing the upgrade
• Lead onboarding with clear integration plans, milestones and owners
• Work with product, sales, support, engineering and marketing on customer needs

What they look for

• At least two years in technical customer success, account management or a similar customer facing role
• Experience with APIs or data products, or a technical, product management or product owner background
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations and data flows without needing to code
• A proactive approach that leads customers rather than only supporting them
• Strong questioning and listening skills to understand what customers build
