Ads Creative Strategist

About the role

You will source content creators and shape short form video ad concepts for client brands, keeping campaigns aligned with current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.

What you will do

• Write detailed script briefs for creators, including the supporting footage each concept needs
• Research and contact creators who fit each brand and its target customer profile
• Brief creators on project scope and keep in touch with them through each campaign
• Review delivered video ads and give feedback so they meet brand guidelines
• Track emerging TikTok and Reels trends and feed them into creative strategy
• Handle other tasks assigned by the product manager

What they look for

• Proven experience crafting engaging creative content across a range of niches
• Working knowledge of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Strong interpersonal skills for talking with creators, colleagues and clients
• Ability to identify customer pain points and plan creative around them
• Excellent organisation, time management and forward planning
